Echo Marie Siegrist of 1901 Foley Street died at her home Thursday, Aug. 12. She was 77.
Mrs. Siegrist was born in Condon, Aug. 4, 1905 and in later years married Kendrick W. Siegrist. They made their home in La Grande for many years.
She is survived by a son, Paul L. Siegrist and two grandsons, Christopher Michael and Brian Edward Siegrist, all of Foster City, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1974, and by a son, Kendrick W. Siegrist, Jr. 1980.
Graveside services will be at the Grandview Cemetery at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 16 with Rev. David Moore of the St. Peters Episcopal Church officiating.
In lieu of flowers friends can make memorial donations in memory of Echo Siegrist to the Ronald McDonald House, the Children’s Hospital of the Stanford Medical Center in Palo Alto, Calif., in care of the Daniels Valley Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 772, La Grande, 97850.
