Sam Stone

A very strange object attracted our attention the other day, and after an investigation, proved to be Sam Stone with his head in a barrel listening to the echo of those beautiful words, “Papa, Papa.” Sam, in the midst of his joy, raised his head and proclaimed with a loud voice saying “I am the daddy of a 12 pound girl.” Sam and baby are doing fine. Al Stonedahl

The stork in his usual rounds alighted at the beautiful home of Mr. and Mrs. Al Stonedahl near Union last Sunday morning June 8, and left a fine 9-lb. baby boy. 1924.
