The Midvale Goshen Coal Co.; 19011910, sec’y and supt. The Goshen Hill Coal Co.; 18991908, gen. mgr. The Somerdale Coal Co.; 19061910, gen. mgr. The Midvale Goshen Coal Co.; 1910, to date pres. and gen. mgr. Tuscora Sand & Coal Co.; has held every important position pertaining to mining and selling bituminous coal, Masonic affiliations, Iris Lodge, No. 299, Webb Chapter, No. 14, Cleveland Council, No. 36, Knight Templar, Oriental Commandery, No. 12; 32nd degree Scottish Rites, Lake Erie Commandery, Al Koran Temple, Mystic Shrine, veiled prophet Grotto, No. 17, Woodward Chapter, No. 138, O. E. S. I., obtained naturalization rapers as an American citizen, 1899; after five years experiments, had succeeded in producing molding sands for foundry use on a scientific and mechanical basis.
