Ball was born at Rochester, in Fulton County, Indiana, November 25, 1865, and is a son of Aaron and Celestina Ball, the latter of whom was born at Akron, Indiana, in 1847 and is a resident of Oswego, Kansas. Aaron Ball was born at Akron, Indiana, in 1842, and died in 1895, at Oswego, Kansas.
