Jack Randall Duggan, 81, of Flora died March 28, 2008. After he returned from serving in the U.S. Army during WWII, he married Nadine.

From that marriage there are three children: Sandra Tucker (Irvin), Kathleen Bush (Jim) and Chris Duggan (Koni Murrill).
In 1990, he married Karen, who survives him, as well as his three children; two step-children, Tom Miller and Kelly Kinney; sister Ruth Gioux; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Jack was a lifetime member of the Elks and was honored to be Elk of the Year in 1976.

There will be no services at the request of the deceased.
