(vice pres.); pres. Lake Shore Electric Ry. Co.; member Everett-Moore Syndicate; director in numerous electric and telephone companies in and around Cleveland, Toledo and Detroit; Republican; Presbyterian. Clubs: Union, Athletic, Country, Euclid (Cleveland), Detroit (Detroit), Toledo (Toledo), Metropolitan, Lawyers (New York).
