Allen, Peggy Marie Exon – Obituary

Enterprise, Oregon

Peggy Marie Exon Allen, 66, of Enterprise died Sept. 19 after a short illness.

A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. Friday Sept. 23 at the Hagerman Cemetery in Hagerman, Idaho.

A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Enterprise Christian Church.

Mrs. Allen was born Nov. 5, 1938, to Bryan and Hilma Kelso in Camas Prairie, Idaho. She graduated from high school in Bliss, Idaho, and from Idaho State University with a degree in elementary education.

On Feb. 4, 1958, she married Jack Exon. They lived in Fairfield, Idaho, where he worked for the Forest Service and she taught school. After his death she moved to Enterprise where she later married John Allen.

Survivors include her husband of Enterprise; children and their spouses, Diane Lynch of Twin Falls, Idaho, Dan and Tamie Exon of Kimberly, Idaho, and Don and Janet Exon of Enterprise; seven grandchildren; three sisters and a brother. Two sisters and two brothers died earlier.
