History of the Baptist Church of Ira, Vermont

The founding of the Ira Baptist Church Extends back into Colonial days before Vermont was organized as a state, by the adoption of its present Constitution, and before the adoption of the United States Constitution.

A complete list of more than 1,000 members who have belonged to this Church since its organization, in chorological order as nearly as can be determined by the records of the times, giving the date and manner of reception and demission so far as recorded.

Reputed to be the Third oldest Baptist Church in the state of Vermont.
