Death claimed Mrs. Jake Simonis Monday in Baker where she had been taken to the hospital.
Mrs. Simonis leaves beside her husband and two year old daughter, an infant daughter who is still being cared for in the hospital.
Miss Blokland of Haines conducted the funeral services and interment was in the North Powder cemetery Wednesday.
