M. L. Rush, age about 65 years, a resident of High Valley, and an old and respected citizen, died at the hospital in La Grande Monday of this week of inflammation of the bladder. He was taken to La Grande last week for treatment.
Mr. Rush leaves three boys to mourn his loss in his immediate family, his wife having died about two years ago.
The funeral took place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, services at the grave.
