Baker City, Oregon

Cecil LeRoy Larm, 61, a long-time Baker City resident, died Sept. 5, 2001, at a foster care home.

His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Coles-Strommer Funeral Home, 1950 Place St. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitations will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mr. Larm was born Jan. 25, 1940, in Baker City. He attended Baker schools. He worked for the City of Baker as a laborer and later washed windows for the businesses in Baker City. He joined the Odd Fellows Lodge, No. 25 on March 31, 1984, and received his 3rd degree on March 1, 1986.

Survivors include his brother, Francis Larm of Baker City; half brother, Edward Larm of Camas, Wash.; an aunt, Evelyn Meadown of Junction City; an uncle, Alfred Young of Central Point; cousins, Lois Taylor of Central Point, Forest Young of Klamath Falls, Terry Larm of Wallowa and Lonie Larm of Mount Vernon, Wash.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice through the Coles-Strommer Funeral Home, 1950 Place St., Baker City, Ore. 97814.
