Joseph A. Bilyeu, 94, at 3730 Auburn Road NE, died Wednesday at his residence. He was born and raised in Scio. He lived in Western Washington for many years, later worked in Portland shipyards and lived in Lincoln City 10 years before coming to Salem. He was a mail carrier and dairyman in Washington.
Survivors include wife, Fern. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Virgil T. Golden Mortuary. Interment will be in Bilyeu Den Cemetery, Scio.
