Transferred to Camp Hancock, then to Camp Upton. Sailed to France July 31, 1918. Promoted to 2nd Lt. Nov. 20, 1918. Fought at Meuse-Argonne. With Army of Occupation five months. Returned to USA July 31, 1919. Mustered out at Camp Dix, N. J., Aug. 6, 1919.
