            third, Mary Ellen Graham, of Key West, Fla. He d. 1891.
            William Smith had by his first wife Sarah, and by the second
            George Whitney, b. 1854; John William, b. 1857, and Dwight
            Adams, b. 1860). George Dwight, b. 1825 (m., first, Frances
            Wilkins, and, second, 1869, Martha Hitchcock Smith, of Hadley,
            Mass. She d. 1886. He d. 1902. He had two ch. by the second
            m., Edmund, b. 1871, and Sarah) Moses Adams, b. 1827 (m. Aug.
            31, 1858, Mary Adelia James, of Providence, R. I., 1839. He d.
            in Holyoke, Mass., 1898. They had James Adams, b. 1861, and
            Mary Adelia, b. 1864). Frances Amelia, b. 1829, d. 1838; John
            Hollis, b. 1831 (m., July 21, 1862, Eleanora, dau. of J. T. and
            Amelia Woodruff. He d. in Chicago, May 11, 1903, and had
            George Norman, b. Dec. 2, 1863; Benjamin Woodruff, b. Aug.
            25, 1865; Harry Dwight, b. Sept. 17, 1867, and Ida Eleanora, b.
            June 17, 1870); Edwin Augustus, b. Dec. 14, 1833, d. April 8,
            1836, and Benj. Whiting, b. Apr. 15, 1836, d. unm. Sept. 23, 1886.
