R. Love,
In presence of-
Robt. M. Henry,
J.R. Love,

Note:
The above deed is some what vague and confounding. It is intended to convey West Tennessee lands to my Father and his brother and sisters, which was held by them until their death, and was sold by the heirs of my Father about the year 1886, through Maj. George Duffield Taylor, who was the guardian of the persons and estate of my Father's children after his death. I have also another deed that covers this same property, together with another piece of land, all of which was given to the above and Winifred S. Miller, daughter of Robert Love, and wife of James A. Miller of Spartanburg, S.C. -F.D. Love.
These deeds were duly recorded in the Records of Weakley County, Tennessee on May 28th, and May 29th, 1841-F.D. Love-- Reference is made to these records if they are ever needed-F.D. Love,

I have concluded to copy the deed referred to on previous page
