Copy of an agreement in the matter of the Alexander Estate.

        "The undersigned after full consultation and mutual explanations, have agreed upon the following as the advancements made to us respectively, by our Father, the late James M. Alexander, towit:-
        To Harriett E. Sondley, two thousand six hundred and eight give dollars.
        To Alfred M. Alexander, two thousand seven hundred and twenty five dollars in personally, and eight thousand dollars in real estate; making in the aggregate, ten thousand seven hundred and twenty five dollars.
        To J.S. Burnett and wife, Mary Eliza, two thousand six hundred thirty dollars in personally, and eight thousand dollars in real estate; making in the aggregate, ten thousand six hundred and thirty dollars.
        To John Baxter and wife, Orra Ann, three thousand one hundred and sixty five dollars.
        To Robert Love and wife, Sarah Matilda, three thousand eight hundred and twenty five dollars, and-
        To R. C. Baxter (Kittie) three thousand and sixty five dollars; and we hereby authorize the administrators on said estate to distribute the same on this basis; and to preserve the evidence of this agreement, we have severally signed and delivered a copy of this agreement to each of the parties interested and executing the same.
        This 18th, day of November A.D. 1858.
