170 acres to Rive, Dobbs & Spreight (no) Jan. 1st, 1795
         (On Nola Chucky)
25 acres to John Webb L100 July 18th, 1804
         (On Laurel Branch)
150 acres to Farley Evans et al. L158 Aug. 25th, 1804
          (Higgins Creek)

Note: The above is somewhat indefinite. This property was owned by Robert Love, and the above parties named are either grantors or grantees; my data is so incorrect that I am uncertain which they are. The above is but a mere parcel of the property he owned in Tennessee. He was a very large land owner-F.D. Love

        DEED.
Robert C. Love, # I, Robert C. Love, of the County of Washington and State of
to # Tennessee, do sell and transfer and make over and convey to
Dillard Love # Dillard Love, of the County of Macon and State of North Carolina, all the interest, right, title and claim which I have in the estate of Joseph Young, deceased, which I claim as an heir of Mary Love, deceased, who was a daughter and heir of said Joseph Young, deceased, likewise a tract of land containing 16 acres, more or less, lying in the Greasy Cove, said Washington County, and adjoining the land of the widow Dillard, commonly known as the peoples tract. this November 29th, 1837.
                                        R.C. Love,
Note: The above instrument establishes beyond a doubt the name of Samuel Bell Love's wife, whose name was Mary Young, the daughter of Joseph Young. Polly was then a nickname given her, and was not her real name-F.D. Love

I, Robert Love, this day have made a division of a part of my Lands in the Western District of Tennessee among my children, the following is the plan; I at this time allot to ten of them ten different tracts of land described as near as possible, together with a valuation put on them by myself. It will be found by the following table of drawing, that the largest tract is valued at $2300.00. Now inasmuch as I have other land in the same County, it is my intention to make the tract of unfair valuation equal to the amount of $2300. as above named our, of the other land in that part of the country as aforesaid either by sale or otherwise, as I may think proper; and further, the land to be now drawn for so soon as I can collect the Grants so as to more fully describe them. I expect to pass the title to such as I have for said land to those of my children as below designated, and the tax of those ten tracts drawn must hereafter be paid by those who draw them. The following is the result of the drawing:
No. No. acres Val. Amt. short To whom drawn.
1. Henderson Tract. Lauderdale, Co., 600; $1600.$700-Anna Gudger
2. Clingman Tract. Gibson, County. 500;$1375.$923.-S.B. McBee.
3. Tipton, now Lauderdale Co., Tract. 500;$1500.;$800.-Mary Ann Welch.
4. Stage Road Tract, Weakley Co., 500;$1625;$675.-Heirs, T.D. Love.
5. Cook T. prt.Carmichael, Henry 525;$1575.;$725.-Dorcas B. Henry
         --or Weakley County)
