Fenn, James P., Middlebury, was born in Middlebury, Vt., on July 8, 1832. His parents were Chester and Patty (Fields) Fenn. Chester Fenn was a native of Watertown, Conn.; about 1790, and when two months old, came with his father, Titus Fenn, to Cornwall. Titus Fenn settled on the place now owned by Charles Lane.
