Luna Park; born, Cleveland, Jan. 18, 1865; son of Carl and Theresa Reis Zimmerman; public and high school education; married, Cleveland, June, 1900, Ethel Vogt; enlisted Ohio National Guard, 1884; has served continuously since; captain Spanish-American War; colonel Aug. 14, 1889; served during the Ohio floods of 1913, putting Dayton and Hamilton under martial law; comrade Military Order Foreign Wars; member K. of P., M. W. of A., Ohio National Guard Ass 'n, Cleveland Athletic Club.
