Tame, Alfred George; treas. Cleveland Trust Co.; born, Cleverland, Feb. 7, 1869; son of A. F. and Ellen Latimer Tame; educated in the public schools, and Buchtel College, Akron, 0.; graduated in 1890, B. S. degree; married, 1894, Clara Armstrong of Norwalk, O.; issue, four children; after finishing college, did journalistic work in Akron and Cleveland; in 1893, began as bookkeeper for the Old Arcade Bank; remained with the bank until it became the Euclid Ave. Trust Co.; was sec'y and treas. at the time of its failure in 1902; went with the Cleveland Trust Co., and after a few months, became asst. sec'y and treas.; in 1906, elected treas. of the Cleveland Trust Co.; veteran member of Troop A; Republican; member Hermit, University, and Union Clubs, and the Chamber of Commerce.
