M.; 1886, Columbia Law School; married, Lakewood, Dec. 22, 1896, Harriet May Wagar; four children; admitted to the Bar in 1885; member firm of Tanney & Barber and G. M. & A. W. Barber, 1885-1902; member Alpha Delta Phi Fraternity, Hudson Chapter, and Sons of Veterans.
