Thomas, Ky., June 1, 1918. Transferred to Ft. Adams, R. I., June 25, 1918. Promoted to rank of Corp., September, 1918. In Hospital at Ft. Adams, Ky. Mustered out at Camp Lee, Va., April 4, 1919.
