HENRY4 AYERS (Samuel3, Thornas2, John1) b. Dec. 21, 1831. A school teacher, also supt.; m. March 11, 1868, Helen M. Chase of Cornish, dau. of Moses and Fidelia (Alden) Chase, b. Nov. 21, 1841. In April, 1869, they left town and settled in Ashtabula Co., O. He d. in New Lynne, O., March 21, 1897. She res. in Hartsgrove, O. Children:
1. ALDEN TILDEN, b. July 17, 1870. A machinist in Cleveland, OH. 2. SAMUEL DANA, b. Feb. 14, 1873. Res., Orwell, OH. 3. CARL HENRY, b. Aug. 16, 1875. Teacher, Hartsgrove, OH. 4. ALICE EMERETTE, b. July 25, 1880. Teacher, Hartsgrove, OH. 5. MURRAY CHASE, b. Dec. 19, 1883. Business College, Cleveland, OH (1903.)
