Victor Hugo Todd9, (Oliver H.8, Alfred7, Caleb6, Caleb5, Stephen4, Samuel3, Samuel2, Christopher1) born Dec. 12, 1876, in Burlingame, Kan., married Aug. 9, 1907, Zaida Wilkinson, of Battle Creek, Mich.
He attended the schools in Kalamazoo, Mich., and later studied civil engineering. They lived in Anyox, B. C.
