6.33 Nelson Edwards Son of Ariel and Lydia (Dodge) Edwards; b. Dec. 9, 1809, at Rodman, Jefferson County, N. Y m. Jan. 1, 1838, Harriet Dorris, who was b. Feb. 11, 1815; she d. July 5, 1893. Nelson Edwards was a farmer and lived at York, Livingston County, N. Y. He was a Methodist and a Republican. He d. Dec. 24, 1863 buried in the Edwards plot in the York Cemetery. near the village of York.
