(I) Morrill Allen, by his wife, Hannah (Dean), had ten ch., including
George Minot, b. Feb. 19, 1802 (m. Hannah E. Otis, and had George
Otis, b. May, 1833); Hannah C. D., William Paley, b. Sept. 27,
1815 (m. Abigail E. Otis, and had William Henry, b. Aug., 1843;
James Otis, b. Dec., 1848; Frank Blake, b. Oct., 1853); Henry
Ware, b. Apr. 6, 1822 (m. Amelia Colman, and had Henry Morrill,
b. Sept., 1856; Charles, b. Dec., 1858; Horace Colman, b. Sept.,
1860).

Descendants of Nehemiah, youngest son of Joseph, and grandson
of James Allen.
(J) Nehemiah had eight sons and one dau.
(a) Eliphalet: b. about 1728.
(b) Nehemiah: b. about 1730; d. Mar. 26, 1822, age 92.
(c) John: b. about 1732.
(d) Jacob: b. Feb. 24, 1734; removed to Whitehall, N. Y.
(e) Abel: b. Mar. 3, 1736; d. 1820, aged 84.
(f) David.
(g) Timothy: m. Hannah Moffit.
(h) Abigail: b. Dec. 23, 1741; m. Aaron, son of Isaac Allen.
(i) Abner: b. about 1743.

(a) Eliphalet had three sons and one dau. Elijah, b. Apr. 10, 1765;
d. Apr. 19, 1843 (m. Lettice Hitchcock and had Lemuel and
Sanders, twins, b. Apr. 14, 1796 (Sanders m. Judith Boyd and
had George S., b. Aug., 1827, and Henry A., b. Feb. 6, 1836,
and the other twin Lemuel m. Elvira Baker, and had Otis N.,
b. Dec. 19, 1825; d. in 1855. The first wife of Lemuel d. 1831,
and by his second wife, Luthera W. Woods, he had Merrick W.,
b. Feb. 27, 1837, and Elijah). Another son of Eliphalet, Willard,
b. Aug. 14, 1770 (m. Hepsibah -------, and had Jonathan, b.
June 13, 1789; Calvin, b. July 22, 1791; Francis D., b. Mar.
13, 1796 (m. Olive Kingsbury, and had Alfred W., b. Jan. 28,
1827, d. Feb. 15, 1858; James, b. Dec. 28, 1831, d. Oct. 21,
1847; William, b. Oct. 10, 1835). Willard also had Condace,
Bostwick, b. Feb. 7, 1808, and Nathaniel, b. Feb. 27, 1810);
Eliphalet also had Edmund.
(c) John, third son of Nehemiah, m. Elizabeth Allen and had
Moses, John, Waters, Mary and Simeon, b. 1787, m. a Miss
Boyd and d. July 4, 1844. Moses, by his wife Olive, had two
sons and three daus., sons being Lorenzo and Alvord. Captain
Simeon had John B., b. Oct. 12, 1813; Charles N., b. Sept. 4,
1815 (m. Elizabeth Hooker, and had John B., b. June 27, 1841).
(d) Jacob, fourth son of Nehemiah, had four ch., Jacob, Jr. (m.
Polly Corban in 1783, and had Amasa, b. Feb. 7, 1784 (m.
Fanny Steel and had Richard E., b. Nov. 9, 1814, who m. Ann
Eliza Dupuy, and had six ch.). Amasa also had Horace S., b.
Aug. 14, 1818, m. (Mary A. Lightbody); he also had a dau.
Mary, b. May 16, 1823). Jacob, Jr., also had Electa, Maria,
Elvira and Mary. Jacob, Sr., also had Abraham, b. Dec., 1764
(m. Hannah Newell, d. Apr., 1845, and had two sons). Another
son of Jacob, Sr., was Ephraim, b. Mar. 10, 1766 (m.
Miriam Newell and had Timothy Newell, b. Mar. 31, 1794
(m. Catherine Finn); he also had Henry, b. in Monson Nov.
29, 1795 (m. Christiana Robinson, d. 1849 and had two sons,
Henry and Charles); also Charles, b. at Salem, N. Y., Sept.
27, 1797, d. at Whitehall, Mar., 1852. He had one dau.); also
Jacob, b. Oct. 3, 1802, who had two daus., also George, a physician,
b. Jan. 12, 1806; (m. Caroline Harvey; d. 1865. He had
Charles H. (a physician); George, James H. and Caroline);
also William Pitt, b. Feb. 14, 1808 (m. Harmion Smith, d. at
Whitehall, N. Y., 1854. They had William Pitt, Jr., and Caroline).
(e) Abel, fifth son of Nehemiah, had Abel, b. Mar. 30, 1767 (m.
Experience Parker in 1792, and had Horace, b. May 2, 1796; m.
Maria Upham, d. in 1852; Charles G., b. Mar. 5, 1809 (m. Mary
Dunton, and had Charles H., b. Sept. 21, 1837); Abel, Sr., also
had Alfred, b. Apr. 24, 1768 (m. Lucebia Ballard, in 1791, and
had Orestes, b. Nov. 27, 1795; m. Lavinia Lilley, of Homer,
N. Y., also Pliny, b. Feb. 18, 1799; m. Elvira Norcross; also
Parsons, b. Feb. 16, 1802 (m. Lucy Brown, and had Edwin B.,
b. June 29, 1831 (m. Sabina Fuller, d. 1859, and they had one
son, Harlem P., b. Nov. 11, 1856). Parsons also had Dwight
P., b. Apr. 22, 1832 (m. Josephine Shaw and had one son,
Waldo B.). Parsons also had George G., b. Jan. 18, 1840).
Alfred also had Cheney Bullard, b. Sept., 1805; also Esther
Lucebia and Norman W., b. Oct. 9, 1812; d. 1816). Abel, Sr.,
also had Ezra, b. Sept. 6, 1773 (m. Mary M. Needham, in 1802,
and had Mary C., Roxana, Harrison, b. Apr. 18, 1814; m. Harriet
A. Partridge, and Joseph L., b. Sept. 24, 1815 (m. Phebe
S. Partridge, and had Cynthia P., Lizzie M. and Mary C.);
Abel, Sr., also had Jerusha and Esther.
(g) Timothy, seventh son of Nehemiah, m. Hannah Moffit and
had Sabine, b. July 6, 1769 (m. Anne Corbin, and had Chloe,
Nehemiah, b. Sept. 17, 1795 (m. Hannah Dunham, and had
Hezekiah, Lucinda, James, John M. and Warren). Sabine also
had Nancy, Louisa and Corbin, b. May 24, 1803 (m. Elvira
Beebee, and had James Sabine and Corbin); Timothy also had
Parker, d. in Sturbridge, about 1836, unm.; also Matilda Hannah,
Hezekiah, b. Feb. 15, 1781; m. Lucinda Walker, d. 1863,
and Timothy, b. June, 1788 (m. Clarissa Marsh, and had
Matilda, Caroline, Winthrop M., b. 1819; George, b. Feb., 1821,
and Clementine.
(i) Abner, youngest son of Nehemiah, had Penuel, b. Oct. 17, 1772;
Henry, b. Nov. 2, 1776 (m. Mary Smith in 1801, and had Liberty
and four daus. Abner also had Stephen, b. May 9, 1781;
Abner, b. Oct., 1782, and Thena. Liberty, the only son of
Henry, had Laurinda E., William L., b. Dec. 17, 1838; Joel H.,
b. Mar. 24, 1840; d. y.; Mary L., b. Apr. 25, 1843; Giles Waldo.
