Bonnie Jean McCall, 81, of Enterprise died July 16 at a local care center. A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at the Enterprise Cemetery.

Mrs. McCall was born to Volley and Louisa Hammack Ward in Enterprise. In Aug. 1942 she married Elmo Shuman and lived at Flora. She carried the mail and cream to Enterprise.

In Feb. 1949 she married Delbert McCall at Lewiston, Idaho. They had a ranch at Flora where she was a member of the North End Community Club. They moved to Stockton Road in 1976, and after her husband’s death in 1986 she moved into town. She enjoyed gardening and being a homemaker.

Survivors include two daughters, Debbie McElroy of Enterprise and Sharon Matlock of Hermiston; two grandchidren and other relatives. A sister, Ella Mae Wilks, died earlier.

Memorials may be made to the Wallowa Valley Care Center in care of Bollman Funeral Home, 315 W. Main St.
