Robert D. Makinson, 68, a resident of Blackfoot, Idaho, and former Halfway, Ore., resident died Nov. 30, 2005, in Blackfoot, Idaho. A Graveside memorial services will be held Saturday, March 18, 2006, at 11 a.m. PST in the Pine Haven Cemetery, Halfway, Ore. Pastor Ray Wilson will officiate and military rites will be accorded by the Halfway Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #7847
