B., Yale University, 1900; married, Cleveland, June 8, 1905, Grace Hiles; issue, one daughter, Ann; in the office of Attorney W. H. Boyd three years; formed partnership with P. L. A. Lieghley in October, 1911; sec’y the Lewis Jewelry Co., the A. J. Fawcett Co., the W. H. Noble Co.; member Beta Theta Pi, Book and Gavel (Yale), Cleveland Athletic Club.
