R., located in Cleveland, and engaged in the railroad supply business; mgr. Chicago-Cleveland Car Roofing Co.; director American Sportsman Co. and The Roadside Club; moving spirit in organizing the Forest City Live Stock & Fair Co., which built the North Randall trotting track; from boyhood, a great lover of horses; owner of the celebrated stallion John A. McKerron; pres. The Forest City Live Stock & Fair Co.; pres. the Grand Circuit, and Gentleman’s Driving Clubs, of Cleveland, and League of Amateur Driving Clubs and sec’y the American Ass’n of Trotting Horse Breeders; head of the leading organizations that control both amateur and professional racing; member Delta Psi Fraternity, Yale, Country, Roadside and Tavern Clubs; country homes at Wickliffe and North Randall.
