C., Aug., 1917. Sailed for France May, 1918. Promoted to rank of Corpl. July 25, 1917, to rank of Sergt. Sept., 1918. Fought at Toul Sector, St. Mihiel, Meuse-Argonne and Woevre. Mustered out at Camp Jackson, March, 1919.
