Oglethorpe, Ga., from there to Allentown, Pa. Overseas to France, Sept. 8, 1918. Was stationed at Base Hospital No. 202, Orleans, France. Landed in USA April 20, 1919. Mustered out at Camp Lee, Va., May 12, 1919.
