Fought at Hindenburg drive Sept. 29, 1918, to Oct. 18, 1918. Gassed near Ribberville, France Oct. 17, 1918. Sent to Base Hospital No. 2, Ames Rovere, France. Landed in USA June 14, 1919, at Newport News, Va. Mustered out at Camp Lee, Va., June 28, 1919.
