MOSES BARROWS, JR., with Elizabeth, his wife, lived several years near the foot of Furnald Hill. They were constituent members of the Baptist Church at its organization. Charity Barrows, a sister of Moses, was also another. These were the children of Moses and Abigail Barrows, who in advanced years came to town and spent the rest of their lives. Moses, Sr., d. Feb. 23, 1795, aged 70. Abigail, his wife, d. Sept. 11, 1803. It appears that Moses, Jr., and his family left the town soon after the opening of the 19th century, as no trace of his family remains on town or cemetery records. Their children were:

i. SAMUEL, b. June 28, 1789.
ii. JUDITH, b. Nov. 24, 1790.
iii. MOSES, b. Aug. 7, 1192.
iv. AARON, b. Feb. 28, 1794.
v. BETSEY, b. Dec. 1, 1795.
vi. DEBORAH, b. Oct. 22, 1797.
vii. MALACHI, b. Oct. 20, 1799.
viii. ABIGAIL, b. Sept. 9, 1801.
