Source: Canadian Indian Histories are from: The Handbook of American Indians North of Mexico by Fredrick W. Hodge, was compiled by some of the best and well known Indian researchers of that time. Many of which wrote only about specific tribes. The work began in 1873 and was submitted to the Bureau of Ethnology for publication in 1905.
