I believe they were Sac n Fox I need to find the roll number for them so I can apply for my citizenship. I would be most greatful for any help anyone can give me. This information was passed down from my grandmother Inez Baugh, Baugh was her maiden name at the time. My father was born in Wellsville Utah in 1933. My grandmother's journals say Josephine was 1/2 Sac & Fox and lived at the reservation in Tama. Josephine married David L. COX in Iowa and had five children. Josephine died June 30, 1890 and is buried at Cottonwood Cemetery in Lake City, Iowa. Who were Josephine's parents? Any help is appreciated!

They lived in Clay County Tennessee when she was married to John NEWMAN. She died in Franklin County, Ill., in November 1905.
