While we know our northern friends may not feel it, in the South, Spring is
here. So we thought we'd share a few of our gardening sites appropriate
for this time of the year. Along with gardening, there's grilling, and getting
ready to diet so that you can fit back into that bathing suit this summer!

Dahet (Daxē′t,
'fallen stunned'). A former Tlingit village in the Sitka country, Alaska. (J. R.
S.)
Deshu. A former Chilkat town at the head of Lynn canal,
Alaska.
Dotle. A Koyukukhotana village on Koyukuk r., Alaska;
pop. 12 in 1885.
Dyea. A former Chilkat village which became noted
subsequently in the time of the Yukon gold excitement, but is now practically
dead owing to the building of the Yukon and White Pass railway to Skagway.
