Mass of Christian burial was Saturday, April 12, at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church at East Helena, Mont. Interment was at St. Ann’s Cemetery.

Shirley was born at Pampa, Texas, on May 17, 1937, to George and Helen Tilcock. She was later joined by a brother, Don, and a sister, Sherry.

Shirley and Lyle were blessed with three children, Debra, Pamela and Nolon.

Shirley and Lyle moved to East Helena in 1987, where she opened Nana’s Daycare in 1989.

Shirley opened her heart and home to anyone who needed love and support. She loved her family, crocheting, her garden, flowers and her church.

Shirley touched many lives and will be sorely missed by all.

She is survived by her husband, Lyle; daughters Debra Lang and her husband, Daniel, of Helena, Mont.; and Pamela Johnson and her husband, Mark, of Missoula, Mont.; her son, Nolon Wilson, and his wife, Julie, of Helena, Mont.; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, all of Montana; her mother, Helen Tilcock, sister, Sherry Younger and her husband, Allen, all of Baker City; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Tilcock, and her father, George Tilcock.
