On Highway 137 from Butler to Roberta about half-way between Turner’s Chapel, Free Will Baptist Church and Ficklin Mill, about 2 miles off paved highway on dirt road to the right of 137. On a field at the old Amerson Farm between Butler and Taylor’s Mill (Pottersville) are these graves: J F I Amerson – infant John Amerson Aug. 8, 1856 – Aug. 24, 1882 Jesse Amerson Aug. 12, 1818 – June 23, 1889 (There had been other graves here but they were destroyed)

On Highway 137 – just as you leave Ficklin’s Mill going toward Roberta, to the right of the road in a pine thicket, rock wall is this grave: Patsy C (or G) Bradford – died 1/6/1849 age 29 years and 30 days
