Mrs. A. W. (Hattie May) Bowman, 67, of 409 So. 38th St., died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born in Illinois and had lived in Tacoma 36 years. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. C. D. Gordon of Tacoma and Mrs. Ida Mae Hofmiester of Auburn; three sons, Charles R. of Electric City, George H. of Post Falls, Ida., and Arthur E. of Adak, Alaska; a sister, Mrs. Ida Walker of Highmore, S.D.; a brother, Elbert Shepard of Huron, S. D., and five grandchildren.
Funeral announcements will be made by C. C. Mellinger. [Interment Mountain View Cemetery]
