  1. After the name of the lottery winner, there is another word and then the county there the winner resides. What does the word following their name mean? Mine says “Talley’s”.

    1. It references a town or area of the county. So Talley’s is the area of Troup County referenced in the listing. You’ll find a Talley’s Family Cemetery which is likely close to the area known as Talley’s. I don’t think it was ever incorporated.
