Muster Roll of Captain James Fitzgerald’s Company of the First Regiment of Florida Mounted Militia, commanded by Col. John Warren, ordered into the service of the United States by Brig. Gen’l, Z. Taylor from the 12th day of November 1839 to the 12th day of May 1840.

This muster contained only the names of the men who were discharged, died and deserted already noted on the foregoing muster. An additional Private was named: Daniel George and James George was listed as George James.

Muster Roll certified by J. Fitzgerald, Capt., and J. M. Clendenin, on the 26th of December 1839 at Fort Heilaman, East Florida.
