Thomas, Percy W. – Obituary

Wallowa County, Oregon

Percy W. Thomas died recently at the Veteran’s Hospital at Livermore, Cal., and was buried in the government cemetery at San Francisco. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harlow A. Thomas and was born in Promise, January 28, 1897. In the World war he served as a wireless operator in the Signal Corps and since then helped operate a fig farm at Planada, Cal., until his health failed six months ago and he went to the hospital.

His parents and one brother have died, and one sister survives, Mrs. Joseph Lloyd of Imbler. After the Thomas family had left Paradise Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd lived in Enterprise several years.
