Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday from Webb Funeral Chapel for Hosie Homer Stout. Mr. Stout, 76, died last night in a Springville Hospital. He will be buried in Olive Cemetery.
He was a native of Maryland, but had lived in the Lindsay-Strathmore area for the last 38 years, coming here with his family from Missouri.
He was a long-time employee of the V. R. Smith Olive Co. before his retirement. In addition to his widow, Bertha [Findley], he leaves a son, Hosea Stout of Strathmore, and a daughter, Mrs. Hazel Knudtson of the Irvington District of Fremont. Three grandchildren also survive.
